Privacy policy

This page describes how Portföljkontoret AB handles personal data when you visit our website, book a call or contact us.

Data controller

Portföljkontoret AB (reg. no 559115-4223), Stockholm, is the data controller. You can reach us at info@portfoljkontoret.se or +46 70-611 65 34.

What data we process and why

When you book a call we process your name, email address, organisation and anything you write in the booking yourself. We use the data to hold the call and to be able to make you an offer if you want one.

When you email us we process the information you send in order to reply to you.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps prior to entering into a possible contract.

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the purpose, for example during an ongoing dialogue or assignment, and delete it afterwards.

Services we use

Bookings are managed in Google Calendar and calls are held in Google Meet. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps technical logs including IP addresses. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Cookies

The website uses Google Tag Manager. Cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (measuring and retargeting ads on LinkedIn and Meta) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser. The booking calendar on the Book a call page is embedded from Google and may set cookies that Google needs for the booking to work.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to request that processing is restricted and to object to it. Contact us at the email address above. If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
